I have an Integra DHC / DTC 9.8 HT Preamp processor I purchased new in 2008 from my local authorized dealer. I have the original box, remote and manual. All in excellent shape and never moved from my HT cabinetry. I'm using both the DHC and DTC model letters as I've seen both refered to and not certain why?
The DHC 9.8 has Audyssey MultiEQ™ XT Advanced Room Correction DSP (with set up microphone) which made the most noticable room accoustics improvements. It really helps improve movie dialog intelligibility and LFE/bass/sub woofer blending and integration.
A quick search will result in numerous very favorable reviews from Sound Stage av, Home Theater, Home Theater Review, Sound and Vision, AVS forums, etc. It is really a benchmark for price to performance. And, crazy great for a preowned $500 price. I thnk I paid $1,700 for it new.
