I had a Krell 403e and a pair of FPB 350mcx monos. The 403e was a bit more refined. Some of the Older FPB series also had Bias control issues and tended to burn up from time to time. Go with the Evo if you can.

I disagree on several levels
The 750 were 1000w amps anyways but the new evolution line is chinese parts assembled at Krell. I will say this...krell amps rjn hot and now they are in a enclosed box...I wonder how long they will last before they have to go back for a rebuild. The
