Out of the box once, new condition.
The upper screw hole in the pillar has a small burr in the thread. This does not affect the performance at all, but when you use the plastic thumb screw in this hole it's a bit tighter than the others. It came this way to me. You may not even use this hole, depending on your table/arm combo.
