I am the original owner! It is in mint condition. It came with a tiny mark on the faceplate - very difficult to see unless you are inside a foot. I believe it is a manufacturing imperfection. I tried to photograph it but it's really not visible. (If you obsess over that type of thing, please buy another preamp.)
This is a 3.0 model. I have previously owned a 3.1 and, though I'm sure Ralph would beg to differ, they sound identical to me.
