  • To whom more was given more will be required.
    • Never go to a psychiatrist, adopt a straycat or dog. On the street they live only two years average.

Reminds me of when my daughter moved away to college and I took her room for my stereo. I walked in to the room with zero furnishings and nothing on the walls. The echos were amazing. Much better sound after adding acoustic panels and a couple chairs.

Here is a test I did with and without music playing so you can hear the difference.

Another great example.
Just a heads up about your page Glenn, there a lack of spaces in the sentence just below the title of that demo: "Posted onMarch 19, 2013byGIK AcousticsinArticles"

When I finished my listening room my brother in law said 'I thought this room was supposed to be amazing sonically. It sounds really really echoey and loud in hear' I explained to him that we needed to put room treatments in. Once I did he couldn't believe what he was hearing. Its hard to believe it's the same room when the traps are all gone.
