What do you think?"

"Wow, not bad. Pretty impressive stuff. What kind of music do you listen to?"

"Oh, mostly harmonica stuff."

My uncle, aunt, and dad grew up during the depression, so there wasn't a lot of money to go around for trifles like music, plus it was hard to find much in the genres each liked the most. Uncle had a penchant for barbershop quartets, aunt loved cathedral organ music, and dad fell under the spell of Dixieland jazz.

Grandpa compromised, and they just listened to WLS when they could get it.
