I handled the tiny 5th gen ipod touch in the Apple store yesterday - tiny compared to an iPad Mini or an iphone 5 that is.
I have cracked the corner of the screen of my iPhone 4S but want to wait for the 5S if I can. The 4s is behaving a little erratically and I am realy tempted by this tiny object...it has bluetooth, can do Skype or Google Voice and in every way but a sim card and a compass it is an IPhone 5! I already have a Nexus 4.
I also can be worn with a lanyard when you feel the need ( and I would do it too
) ! This one kind of snuck up on me as I normally don't pay attention to ipods but it runs iOS6 and looks just like the iPhone 5 (4" retina display) !
Anyone have experience with this as a backup phone via Skype or Google voice?
