It is a used CD trading site which is free to join and nearly free to use. Allow someone to take your CDs, then you in turn can take another's. A few simple rules and restrictions, but nothing objectionable. They have tons of CDs from which to choose (from other members). I've even been able to acquire some very nice OOP older jazz CDs.
You create a list of CDs you are willing to mail out and a "wish" list of ones you want. After a few preliminaries and after you allow some of your CDs to be acquired by others (you pack them and pay for postage), you then automatically get CDs from your wish list sent to you by others (for a tiny fee, $.50).
