Is anyone familiar with these products, both claiming to solve room standing wave problems:
Leading Edge Acoustic Panels.

http://leadingedge-audio.com/?page_id=105They are 1600 x 600mm panels that cost, in the UK, £2,200 a pair. It's possible, from my interpretation of what they're saying, that one pair, hung from the ceiling centre, solves all room standing wave problems.
Stein Harmonizer:

It seems a pair of electric boxes and some stones judiciously placed can solve all acoustic problems. A two box set up would cost around £1,450.
As I understand it both set ups are used in untreated rooms. I'm thinking that the theory behind them both is also similar, namely affecting the movement of air molecules in the room in a such a way that standing waves and room resonances are reduced or eliminated. However, I'm not pretending to understand all about them so I ask for comments please.
