They have been engineered with a built in 15" sub and on board amplification and crossovers. 500 watt per sub, 500w for the mid woofers and 250w for the tweeter section. Crossovers are 80Hz for the sub and 1250Hz for the mid / tweeter. All crossovers 24db time and phase compensated. Crossover is adjustable with windows XP using USB port. easy to make perfect for any taste or room.
If you have heard this design at the show, this pair takes it to a new level. integrated bass and far less system complexity. just plug in a balanced cable from your preamp (I run them from my PS audio P.W. DAC) and be amazed at the latest in line source technology. These are VERY room friendly. HUGE sound stage but life size images. Bass that is Deep, tight and powerful.
