I just got the go ahead from Bob to bring a couple of very nice of monoblocks to play with his Daedelus. They're sitting on the floor next to the Nimbus in the picture below. 40W single ended from the 805A tube.

New development....just had a coworker ask to switch Saturdays, so I won't be here after all.
Going to spend the day with my son playing with his first car we just bought.

Thanks to everyone that made it over today. Good tunes and good company. The Arte Forma Due Volte monoblocks sounded really good. At $4,000/pair for the metal chassis version, they look to be an excellent buy.

Bob, thanks for showing me some of the intricacies of your server/IPad setup. I'm starting to lean more toward getting one of these setups, and it was again happiness to hear how good this can sound. It was great to see everyone, and to meet a couple new people!

Thank you Bob and Marci for opening your beautiful home up to a bunch of crazies.

Had a wonderful time listening to the mighty Ulysses and have to say they are even finer looking in person.
The Arte Forme 805 amps really delivered the drive and the Ulysses offered a big stage with really nice dynamics.
I really enjoyed Bob's DJ'ing and thought the turntable setup was pretty special. Love your room and would really like to hear a variety of amps on the big Ulysses.
