Caps and Resistors

Need a little help guys. I have two polypropylene caps: the first reads PPN .22K 250 TSC.  Is this .22uf  250volts? The other reads 104K 100v. Is this .1uf 100volts?
Also have two resistors: the first reads blue, grey, red and gold. Is this 6.8kohms? The other reads yellow, red, gold and gold. Is this 4.2 ohms?  Thanks
