Thanks! I've been wanting East-West for a while now and got it for 8.99. The John Kay/Sparrow lp was excellent. My first listen to that one since snagging it from the GW. She got me a very cool card! She's a funny one!
My wife & I drove into Phoenix and she bought me some records for my B-Day.
where did she take you? Revolver? Record High?
Well a very CB. So, 39 ? East-West has always been one of my favorites. May you have a delightful remainder of the weekend.
Thanks AD! All three of the lp's that you played would flow together very well. "953 West" refers to (as you might know already) a 400 seat club in Chicago "The Quiet Knight" (1969-1979) by the L-Tracks on Belmont. The club had a very storied history. The Old Town / Lakeview neighborhoods were something else in those days. Now it's all Starbucks, Olive Gardens & Sports Bars lol. Cheers!
The Siegel Schwall Band ~ 953 West
How come everyone has the lp except me?
