For sale is my nightshade NS-40 it's a terrific tube machine that has top to bottom beauty and a musical finesse that rivals SET sound.
If you love a single ended triode and you love to rock or have symphonic levels on your efficient speakers this is the amp for you.

This particular unit is the latest MK3 version with the following upgrades - DC filaments, 3-sided wood-trim, 240-watt power supply.  I bought this unit at a discount, it was damaged in shipping and the case is bent around the large transformer for the 240-watt power supply. I can hardly show it in the pictures and the rest of the amp is in very nice shape. This amp has been certified in 100% working order by niteshade.

the damage is on the blue metal around this transformer it's kinked but as you can see no scratches

Only the case work was damaged at all. The amp was repaired by Niteshade and is in perfect working order.

Are there any issues mechanically with this amp? Tubes included, if so what are they?

There are zero issues mechanically or electrically with this amp. There are two quads of 6L6 tubes. I have some Winged =c= and nos russian varieties. The 6sn7 are also nos and hand selected by Blair for low noise and linearity. I also have another pair of nos 6sn7 tubes that I could sell separately.
