I plan to build the Cornet2 with 12AX7s and a 6SN7

Should R212 be 22k ohms?

Will .68 microF work for C200,C206?

I believe R215 and R218 should be 511 ohms.

Any landmines?

I don't see why R212 would change.  If you use 12AX7 for gain stages, all EQ should stay same.

Yes, 0.68uF for supply decoupling is fine.

R218 would change to 510 ohms, you will also have to change R220 and R221.  Probably to something like 1.2k.

Maybe R223 may also change.
