I need to create a simple scatter plot chart for work. 25 data points. x values range from 1-10, y values range from 1-10. label each point.

Seems simple, no? Should take all of two minutes in Excel. The problem is you can't label data points in Excel without writing a complicated freaking macro. Are you serious?

Anyone got a simple solution?

This is probably just as time consuming as writing a macro, but how about making each x-y point a separate series? Plot it, and using the built in option to display series name?
