I must be the only person on the planet who prefers JW Red overall. The more aged JWs are just too refined. After a few, they just taste like water. JW Red, on the other hand, still let's you know its there after a few. If you're going to sip just one or two, sure JW Black +, but otherwise, give me JW Red.

Santiago Quirolo Pisco Quirolo Acholado.

My best buddy is from South America, Santiago ~~Chili~~ Chile, to be exact.
He turned me on to "Pisco".
Mixed with fresh squeezed lemons, a large dose of sugar, some 'bitters', and served over ice, it's a great summer time lemony refreshment.
You're drinking the best lemonade you've ever had. If you didn't know better, you wouldn't know you're trashed until.......you are trashed.

Pisco - and Pisco Sours in particular - is dangerous stuff. You can find yourself wasted in no time.

If you want to irritate your Chilean friend, just tell him that only Peruvian Pisco is the real stuff (there being a town of Pisco in Peru).
