First generation LS 36.5 AND likewise power supply PS 36.5 great shape ...just bought a new umbilical in December and have tons of the right tubes to make this great amp sing.Bought a new preamp,just put this in the boxes and did not consider selling it,not going to get anything close to this good for what the used value is.Just a silly great preamp and i guess that is why it is now 9,999.99.Anyone ever wanted to own one of these we can talk.......8/10 shape difficult to price this for some reason...make me an offer....Thanks- John

The upgrade on the  umbilical is the Revelation lab "Passage" cryosliver reference made special for this Modwright preamp.This is the top of the line connector cord for this preamp to power supply set up.
 At least three pairs of 5u4 and 5u4g tubes.The cord is brand new-about 30 hours on it.

Still for sale.Clearly the best of all the Modwright models,that is why it is 10 grand and still in the product line.Just wil not find anything in the price range to come close to this performance! Price is firm for that reason.

This amplifier is  again re- listed for sale. Since the time of the last post I have had the amp and power supply boxed up.......Things happen-WE MOVED! I have had this set up on my TV for the last 2 months and am reminded again of the spectacular sound of this amp.Frankly,the truth is I am wasting this on Blu Ray movies ,once a week  Pandora  background  music and the and the occasional cd through my Oppo.This preamp needs to be in a two channel setup where it can shine with your music.I am just going to re-enter this as an item for sale,i am passionate about the quality of this Modwright instrument but smart enough to know it deserves better.So I will entertain offers and all information I listed before is still pertinent.Thanks for looking......John
