Up for sale is my Halide DAC HD--Stereophile's Product of the Year 2012: Runner-up (seconded to the $43,325 MSB in the Digital Source Component Category).
This Halide DAC HD was purchased from and modified by Halide directly. It was designed to create the shortest signal path when used with the portable amp of your choosing. In this mod, a L-shaped 3.5mm jack replaces RCA, and a 0.5m WireWorld Starlight USB cable was used. The mod definitely worth the extra that I paid. It sings when paired with my portable amp!
