OK, here's the deal--I just bought this lovely amp last week with the intention of keeping it as a second amplifier for an excellent push pull alternative to SET when the mode strikes,  but an opportunity arose I want to take advantage of and I need to raise some funds.

For sale is a beautiful condition PrimaLuna Dialogue Two integrated tube amp with the optional built-in MM phono stage. The amp comes with the original box, manual, and remote. Additionally I've replaced the cheapo Chinese fuse with a Hi-Fi Tuning fuse. The amp comes with the very good and still strong PrimaLuna tubes including the awesome KT-88s which are current production copies of the legendary Genalex KT88.

Absolute Sound's reviewer, Jim Hannon, said "...the soundstage was literally wall-to-wall on great analog recordings. String tone was gorgeous, and trumpets had the requisite “ping” on Holst’s A Fugal Overture [Lyrita], suggesting that the performance of the amplifier section of the DiaLogue is very fine, indeed."

Ken Kessler and Paul Miller of Hi-Fi News noted that the Dialogue Two "...makes hi-fi fun again, especially if you get a kick out of valve swapping. PrimaLuna for grown-ups, with added refinement, grunt, detail, and transparency. Yummy."

Finally, Frank Alles of Stereo Times, liked the Dialogue Two so much he bought the reviewed amp and plans on using it as his tube reference "...My hat is off to the folks at PrimaLuna. What impresses me most about the DiaLogue Two amplifier is how well though out and executed this product truly is. It seems that the designer left no stone unturned when it came to considering what modern users would desire and look for in a tube integrated. From the Adaptive AutoBias circuit, to the verily useful remote control with on-the-fly UL/triode switching; then last, but far from least, the provision for an excellent low-cost onboard MM phono stage, the DiaLogue Two is a bona fide home run all the way.

As if all of the above are insufficient reasons to make a semi-expensive purchase, the clincher is the gorgeous musical presentation that this amplifier provides all day long. Its dynamic contrasts are among the best I’ve encountered; and although its midrange is beauteous, its superb articulation and command of the frequency extremes is what puts it ahead of the competition. Accordingly, I’ve committed to purchase the PrimaLuna Dialogue Two. I will surely enjoy it as my prime tube reference amplifier."

Also available is a low hour matched quad of Psvane Treasure 2 KT-88 tubes which were purchased from Grant Fidelity as "Class A".

Asking $1950+ shipping for the amplifier with stock tubes or $2225+ shipping with the lovely, creme de la creme Psvanes.

NOTE:  Do not underestimate the included phono stage.  It is competitive with standalone units up to $1000.
