Just got it back from Jeff at Audiomods, where he fixed the wiring and upgraded the internals: The details from Jeff: "it’s been refitted and re-dressed and it is running inside the latest internal tubing. I have reinforced the loom at the plugs to make it a bit tougher."
I have moved on to a much higher dollar tonearm, and no longer need this superb modded Rega.
The arm is the Audiomods Series 4 with the micrometer option and an extra-heavy counterweight.
The internal wiring is all silver.
I should be there all three days, and we can make an exhange there to save on shipping costs.
