I've been messing around with room treatments for a few years now.  Late last year, I rearranged my panels where I felt they had the best positive effect on the sound.  As a matter of fact, this latest configuration works so perfectly for my room, I doubt I'll try anything else to improve things.

My wife and I just painted and purchased new furniture.  When we were done, she told me that I can't put up the old acoustic panels everywhere.  My wife doesn't usually restrict me too much, but this time she wasn't going to give in.  So the compromise was to investigate acoustic art panels for at least the wall behind my listening position.  We finally landed on an abstract image that had the color scheme we were moving towards, and I had ATS Acoustics make the art panels.  The panels turned out perfect.

If you dont mind me ask, what is the purpose of the panels on the front wall? The look like 2 inch thick right?

Very nice. What material is under the fabric? Is it 703 or 705? Love the print. Gives me an idea for my recording studio.
