I drove these speakers with a Pass Labs Aleph 3 (60 watts into 4 ohms) amplifier and could play music, without compression, very much louder than I could stand in my 15 x 12 moderately live room. They go low, are 94dB efficient, and the ribbon tweeter is to die for!
All photos were taken recently (camera kept defaulting to '05 date, additional photos in Gallery). The original price of the Victorias was $3500 (plus 5% for cherry finish). There are 2 indentations near the front edge of one speaker (see photos), otherwise, they are perfect. They are in original cartons with manual and copy of TAS review.
