but I'm really impressed with your customer service.

Not just the advice here, but promptly returned phone calls to my questions.  I used to do customer service for Audi and VW so I just notice when people are really good at it.

Looking forward to hearing my room after the stuff arrives.

Thanks for the kind words John.  We try to get back to everyone within 1 business day or the same day if at all possible. Sometimes things fall through the cracks but we try to minimize it.
