I received this brand new pair of XA-160.5's in late December 2012 from an authorized dealer and have receipt. Pass Labs manufactured these amps in December 2012. I used my speakers as partial trade for these amps and am still waiting for a new pair of custom Daedalus speakers to be built so these have never been used. The Daedalus are high efficiency speakers and won't need the power these amps provide. They have 34+ months left on their 36 month transferable warranty. Can deliver in MA, ME, NH, CT or VT to avoid shipping charges, but they can also be shipped via Fed-Ex at owners expense. Serial numbers are 26953 and 26954.
