Okay, after scouring the internet, sending dozens of emails and making calls that lead to dead ends, I am now putting out a mass appeal for help.  I am in desperate need of a hand held remote for a Welborne Labs remote attenuator unit.  I would be interested in any one of a number of options to get my attenuator operational again, and the universal remotes I have tried so far don't work.  Even having someone program a learning remote for me would be great, if it would work.

One other thing, I have looked around at the different forums in here, if there is a better spot to ask for assistance with this, suggestions are greatly appreciated!

Can anyone help?

If you haven't already - try John Chapman of Bent Audio. Of course Ron Welborne of Welborne labs if he answers emails...

Best,
Anand.

Anand,
Thank you for the lead, I will drop John an email.  I have never looked into Bent Audio, but will see what is there.

Unfortunately, I don't think that Ron is running Welborne Labs anymore; if he is, I have not been successful in getting any help there.  If Ron is still out there, I would welcome a note from him, hope he is doing okay.

I will post any results I get from my search, in case it helps anyone else.

:thumb:  Success!  John Chapman of Bent Audio put me in touch with another custom DAC designer who had an extra remote.  Better yet, he had the remote manufacturer's name, so my quest has a great ending.

Thanks to poseidonsvoice for leading me to Bent Audio, and everyone down the line!

One more shining example of audiophiles helping out.  Cheers all around!
