This is a B1 I put together following wushuliu's "Nelson Pass B1 preamp kit" thread started Feb 26, 2010 in the Lab.
It is functioning but incomplete. I didn't finish the enclosure, it needs a faceplate. The enclosure is from a cheap dvd player, pretty thin metal, but works. I used it a few weeks with no problems and very excellent sound.
I had planed to use this with an Ampslab LM60 ss amp...that is 85% finished (will be putting it ip for sale too if an interested party does not buy it).
In the meantime have quit the audio gear searching for awhile and am selling these two pieces and putting the money toward electric guitar and amp. I can't afford to do both interests.
As shown in pic the 1uF caps (North Creek Harmony) are not soldered in and just held by alligator clips.
