A Beyma 10mi100 midrange has the efficiency to keep up with it

150hz-3.5khz is a tough requirement.   Few really good mids go as high as 3.5khz.  In truth if you cross there you want a mid that is smooth till 5khz I'd think.   Don't know many, certainly none that do 150hz well also.

You sure you need to cross the RAAL that high?

Nope i can cross i guess from 1.8khz to upwards...but people recommened around 3.5....i think even 2.5 - 3Khz would be great..i think only neo10 so far is very smooth..any suggesstions??

Selah Mejor uses this tweeter, with a Scan 7" aluminum illuminator, crossed with DEQX.  Extremely transparent sound, perfect integration, perfect tone. The Illuminator motor is very advanced, this is an awesome mid. Rick doesn't tell his secrets so I don't know the Fc, but I bet it is lower than 3500. I would recommend crossing as low as the ribbon mfg safely recommends, 4th order, closer to 2k so that the mid's dispersion better matches the ribbon off axis. Use a cap on it to filter out DC.

i think you are talking about these...

even these also uses same speaker as per 6moons...

The drivers employed are the same amorphous C-core version of the Raal 140-15D tweeter as used in the Petra and the Scanspeak Revelator 18W/8531G
