Early this year, I had purchased a pre-owned amp that had been made by Class D Audio. It had some operational problems, so I contacted the company about inspection and repair. They replied that they would do the inspection and repair, so I sent the amp to them on May 2. My last communication from them, on June 19, was that they would ship it back to me "this week". I never received a tracking number, or the amplifier. Subsequent communications from me to them, by regular email and through the company website, have not been answered, even when I requested that they return the unit to me unrepaired [I could have used the very good case and connectors for modules from other manufacturers].
Anyone out there with information?
