    There are lots of those thing around.  Below is a pic from about a month ago of the house under construction.  I tell everyone it is my insurance agent.  They are not a big issue.  The house did get held up for a bit for an Eagle's Nest in a wooded preserve behind that but they are moving along again and I'll be down there for a few days in a couple of weeks when they are doing the electrical/low voltage

Lizard life spans are short (less than a few years I believe) so my guess is he heard about the 20 year warranty and figured it would be a good move.

My family is/was in Florida. The little lizards popping around the bamboo in the backyard. With their heads bobbing.. Loved them. And the mockingbirds..
Doubt you'd get a mockingbird in a shipment though..

What was the story involving Audiocomm in Greenwich, CT?  A while back, you told me to ask the owner about something in a tuner or speakers, but the owner wasn't around when I visited.  The staff said something about a bird in a speaker, but they weren't sure.  Since I don't live near Greenwich anymore, I can't go in and ask.

Hmm... This scenario reminds me of a science fiction movie from way back in the 70s. A radioactive or mutated reptile got into somebody's shipment and somehow infected the main character of the movie who started mutating - it all started quite harmlessly with a really weird rash and then his eyes started bleeding. The poor soul died a horrible death near the end of the movie and the reptile evaded capture and ended up infecting the whole town, talk about déjà vu! I think it was a Japanese movie.
