specializes in restoring vintage equipment. He likes working on vintage McIntosh gear, and is factory authorized McIntosh repair center. He's in Raleigh.

Thank you very much, Rich. I'll follow up on that. I travel to Raleigh regularly. However, if you know of anyone closer to my home in Wrightsville Beach please let me know.

I don't know any repair person down there. I think there is a audio retail shop in Wilmington, I have driven past it but never gone inside. Ask them if there is a local repairman. They would know because they need one for their own customers.
