   Depends on my mood. There is  basic relax mode,  reading mode,  party mode, testing mode. When just chilling out 70 db. Party mode to really feel it 95db.

I also like to feel the music and listen between 90-100db, with transient peaks above 100db, measured from the listening position, which is about 8" away.  I keep my sessions to about 2hrs or less to save my hearing.
