I only got to stay for the first two presentations. The first was the B&W 802D's with all Classe equipment. The second was Mackintosh driving Totem speakers. THe B&W's were impressive--very big soundstage, detailed down to the tiniest micro detail and scary dynamic. They did just about everything right. They could have used a larger room IMO. I could easily live with these speakers.
The Mac/Totem setup was less impressive but better suited to a smaller room. The Totem Elements's deep bass was outstanding for a speaker this size. Mids were nice. Highs not as clean and quiet as the B&W diamonds.
They had a good turnout and reps were there from B&W, Classe, Mac and Totem. A good time was had by all.
