No idea what it means, other than the founder getting out after cashing in, which is pretty normal.
As for the future of MOG, the sale was probably a good thing, as I'm sure the low number of subscribers makes it not very profitable. I'm surprised there hasn't yet been more of a shakeout in this segment, but you can bet that once Apple starts up their streaming service, there will be some major ones.
I'm a MOG subscriber and really like the service, but if it went away tomorrow I wouldn't be heartbroken.
