Kid Rock? Your cool points with me just went up, and after delivering those amazing amps you're already pretty much a god. I have Devil Without a Cause.. and nothing else, been meaning to add some more eventually.

So Apparently the HD files are quite good for this new album? Or you are shocked by the price?

Since he's 41, maybe he should change his name to Middle Aged Rock.

You're right, he should have changed his name a while ago.. but he bagged Pamela Anderson, and he's written some great stuff, you classical dweebs wouldn't know anything about it, so he can get away with it.

I'm trying to find out if anyone has it so they can let me know what they're subjective or objective opinion is.  Yes, the price is quite high too but this album is supposedly very good.

I downloaded it a few days ago. While I cannot say that it sounds better than redbook, it is, to my ears, well recorded. I cannot comment on whether it is worth $20 vs. $17 for the physical CD. I'm lazy and prefer pushing a mouse to ripping a CD into my server...takes me an hour to peel the wrapper and tape off the jewel case cleanly .

Well, I went Cd shopping and purchased the redbook version for $7 brand new.   :)

My new to me Cinderella-Long Cold Winter sounds pretty good too.  It was only $3.   :D
