I have my cable box hooked up via toslink to tv/sat on SP1.7.  When I turn on the preamp and change to tv/sat, the SP1.7 screen shows "dialnorm -3.0 db" What does this mean? as it does not show when I change to any other channel on the SP1.7

Its a requirement by Dolby that shows it is adjusting correctly.
