Not sure if this has been posted here before. Came across this on youtube. The "How It's Made" show featuring Wilson Benesch turntable. I watch this show but I missed this episode.

Anyone else notice that the platter wobbles a bit as it spins? How much is that tt?

Hmmmm.....shocked at the crude way armtube is glued in. Incorrect azimuth is virtually guaranteed.

I won't be buying one of these.

Azimuth is adjustable on the arm. Just a note that back in '09 a Rega RB300 was considered an upgrade to the package.

Hmmm. The belt pulley wobbled too. I expect more precision for that price. And they could have demo'd it with a flat record!

Hmmm... strange isn't is? They should have been more careful about this since many people will see this.

Well, the table dose looks good. Wonder if anyone here have this table?

Sorry.....but simply eyeballing down the armtube while using a ruler as a guide is not my idea of a precision build. I don't care if azimuth is adjustable or not. Securing arm tube this way could cause azimuth to be waaaaaaay off from neutral, and way outside the range of built in azimuth adjustment to get it back to neutral. I want my arm to be azimuth neutral when it is mounted to the table, with equal adjustability to both clockwise and counter-clockwise.

My favorite part was the tonearm alignment as well, but what I really made me laugh was this comment under the video.

$30,000 turntable for a scratched $6 record...

Now that's funny, I don't care who you are.
