Eagles Blu-ray?

Greetings,

This is my first post over here, I am a frequent poster over at Von Schweikert. Here my question: The Eagles farewell tour concert video (filmed in Austrailia) was put out on HD DVD. We all know what happened to that format! Does anyone know if there are plans to bring that great concert film out on Blu-ray? Thanks!

I've been waiting for this to come out on Blu ever since HD DVD had its' plug pulled. I post on the various "What would you like to see come out on Blu?" threads on the Forums, but have never heard a decent response. You'd think it would be easy enough - there already is a master someplace at 1080p with a lossless soundtrack. Eagles should sell well. Seems like an easy money maker to me.

If it is,I'll be buying it.
The dvd is great on sound and video,I had it play thru my projector onto a 118"X50" cinema scope screen.
Definitely one of my favorite concerts as for a dvd the audio and camera work are terrific :thumb:..

Yes, the master for the Eagles is probably in storage somewhere. Here are a couple more that I would love to see on Blu: Eagles, Hell Freezes Over and Yanni, Live at the Acropolis.

That DVD is the only reason I still have an HD-DVD player. Will buy again when it comes out on Blu-ray.

Great news Eagles fans!

I was just browsing over on www.elusivedisc.com and the Eagles Farewell Tour is finally coming out on Blu-ray!! I believe the release date is February 26th! I will sure be ordering my copy. Great disc!

I pre ordered mine about a week ago thru Amazon,aaaannd today I reserve 3 tickets for the Eagles in Vegas at the MGM Grand Garden for March 23/13 :thumb:.
Have heard the acoustics there are good so looks like it's gonna be PARTY :banana piano:,can't wait.
