23 Bond movies in 50 years, another "reboot" example?

We need inspiration to create new heros. 

Unfortunately we live in an age without real world heros, just villians.  Excessive social rules and political pressures weed out most would be heros.  Even the heros we have are scrutinised until we find their flaws and reduce them to being mere mortals.

Bottom line rclark, so long as these copycat reboot flicks are making big bucks at the box office for the movie industry, you'll continue seeing more n' more of them. It's the $$$ draw that dicates the movie producing market and there's no denying that what drives you "nuts" are pulling in enough of a money paying audience to make them a mighty profitable venture. 

You might want to start taking Xanex rclark as I don't see these types of movies going away anytime soon.

I'm a bit biased because the 2nd film holds a lot of nostalgia for me, but I think I have to agree. Alien is the classic, but Aliens was the most entertaining.

I should say films 1 and 2 together. Don't every try to remake.

You're right, Aliens is an amazing film that also even visually holds up today. I think they could release it today in the theaters and everyone would marvel at the cgi

I've never considered Alien to be a superhero movie, did that ugly acid dripping sucker have a comic book series too?
