Choosing between 2 Tripath boards

Hi,
I was wondering if anyone could give me their opinion on which TA2022 board to buy. For my college project, I'm building some transmission line speakers, and I will be making them active.
I've narrowed it down to 2 implementations of the TA2022 chip, that are available where I am (UK).
However, I can't decide which will be better. They look to be vastly different circuits!
The two in question are:
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/320715987808?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649
and
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/120988547380?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649
Ignoring factors such as the heatsink etc, I don't know which is the better implementation. I may well upgrade the capacitors so that's not the biggest issue.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
