So I guess eventually, I might have to post pics and write some flowery prose (all true) about this great, tube pre-amp from C-J. Or...someone here, who knows this is truly a baby-GAT: the same circuit, for oh...around $17,500 less; could just take it off my hands and save me the trouble.
I could easily just call myself the first "owner"; but in the name of full disclosure, someone
owned it before me...just never opened and used it. Trust me; I cracked the seal, and ripped the bag open on this baby. And baby is an operative word, because that's what I did; babied this thing.
Still looks like new; a
solid 9, that
looks a 10. I hate to sell it; finest pre-amp I've ever owned...and I didn't just set it on the rack, and call it "good enough". I put it up against some stiff competition, in the same price range. Always came away preferring the ET-3.
OK, enough; before things end up getting flowery after all. Original box, remote, everything as new; oh, and I'll throw in a few tubes with low hours as well. Perfect and regular feedback at the site formerly known as Audiogon. Just contact me if you want details.
