I just sold a tube CDP on A'gon to a gentleman. It was working perfectly before I shipped. He reported to me this am that the first time he powered it up it shocked him and now produces an audible hum in the speakers. He tried replacing the tubes and PC, but that did not help. Any ideas on what this could be?
