These are nice speakers. I had a pair of Be-20s for a while, lots of fun, extremely transparent and exciting.

I heard the demonstration that John Tucker did at RMAF in 2007, iirc. Two pairs of Be-10s side by side with the stock and upgrade crossovers, the upgrade is a huge improvement.

They are an easy load, I ran my Be20 with everything from Altmann BYOB 5W to 300BSEPP 22W, to EL34 100W, Spectron 600W, they all sounded good to me.

Considering the recent price increases, this seems like a fair price even for stock speakers, but the XO and tweeters make it a great deal. The DMD tweeters are diamond coating applied to the original tweeter dome, it damps the resonance and makes a smoother SQ. Not everybody likes the DMD tweets, so here you have the choice. Some amps will like the DMD, others will like the bare dome.

No connection to seller or Usher, or Tucker, just bumping up a good deal, imo.
