[bRight now the designs focus on the topping the best two channel systems. If demand is high for a center or surrounds I'll work on it. ][/b]

i understand the focus.  but if you were design something for center what would be the physical appearence and what kind of drivers would you consider ?? (of course ball park cost ) or do u suggest "phantom" center.   for surrounds i will continue to use the x-omnis.

Are you in the new house yet.  Ill need an adress for a driveby  I think in the technical vastness of the future the only currency used will be hi Rez 2 channel audio files.  We will hit Sony Columbia before we get to GR Research.

I'd need to specifically know the application. Like would it be stand mounted on its own stand or free standing, and at least three feet from the wall or will it need to sit on something. Maybe a sealed box design for closer wall placement...

the application would be - a replacement for the ls center.  sitting on  stand with couple feet of space from the back wall.  just exploring ideas.

Open baffle speakers need at least 3 feet of space or more.

If I design a matching center then it may be more along the lines of a matching center that actually matches a sealed box version.

It's been a stressful week.  We were overbid on our house and no one here would ever believe how much over asking the house sold for.   And it had such a nice Audio Room:(.  But we are over it and ready for the next.   Wish us Luck!

We are looking right now as well.  The houses down the road that had a room befitting of a great system and enough room to entertain went from $319 to $369 in the last four months.  Then they bid up. There seem to be a shortage of home on the market.  We have been offered over our asking price.  Best of luck. Keep the faith.  Truth be told I'm ready for a new approach to music like the Super V and the serenity 7.   I need a new house for them.

The first six pair were discounted to half price at RMAF. That's where the 10k number came from.
