Very nice condition, perfectly functioning linestage preamp with remote. $1500 not including shipping and paypal fees if any.

If you are reading this, you are aware of this rare and desireable preamp. It utilizes a very simple, very high resolution Class A SET-based circuit. This has been my reference preamp for years, besting the Dodd battery preamp, StereoKnight magnetic Silverstone Balanced passive, Modwright SWL 9.0SE, Bel Canto Pre1 and Pre3 preamps in direct comparisons in my setup. None of these preamps are slouches.

It has also bettered the Pass Labs X-1 in sheer musicality, midrange reproduction, soundstage depth, and gain flexibility to maximize dynamic range. I've used it with SET and PP tube amps, pure Class A, AB, and Class D solid state amps with always excellent and very moving results. However, I have decided to move to a Pass preamp due to better synergy with my primary amp, the Pass X150.5.

Comes with remote, steel chassis cover, walnut case, power cord, original box, original manual, and two sets each of 6DJ8/6H30/12x4 tubes, or a total of 8 tubes. This includes the stock EH 6922 (pair), Sovtek 6H30 (single), and NOS Sylvania 12x4 (single) tubes, plus EH 6922 gold pins (pair), EH 6H30Pi gold pins (single), and another NOS Sylvania 12x4 tube (single). The EH gold pins are excellent current production tubes recommended by designer Mark Deneen, they are so good in the Peach II that they make NOS tubes strictly optional.

I have another ad with my NOS tube collection that I used with this preamp if you are interested. I will certainly consider package deals.

Some unique features of the Peach II: - Hi and Lo Z (output impedance) settings for compatibility with all types of amps - HT Bypass - Gain adjustment - Ground lift, DC, or AC coupling - Tape loop - Source/tape monitor - Mono function

This one also has extras: - Two sets of outputs, the second set are Cardas gold/rhodium jacks - Extra tubes: 12x4 rectifier, EH 6922 gold pins, EH 6H30-Pi gold pins, - Dynamat Extreme for entire chassis interior, transformer, and walnut case - Hi-Fi Tuning silver cap fuse - Extra unused main volume knob - Extra unused relay

Shipping and Paypal fees to be covered by buyer. Please contact me with any questions. 100% positive feedback under "watercourse" at both Audiogon and Audio Asylum, as well as Canuck Audio Mart.

Ok, how about $1550 for the Peach AND the pair of Supertubes? This is quite a deal, as each Reflektor tube goes for $150 or more EACH, and you're getting the pair for that amount. The Peach only uses a single 6H30 tube, so this setup will hold you for a decade. Shipping/paypal not included.

Last offer before going to Agon.

Bump for a great product!  I use a Juicy Music Blueberry and Blueberry exteme, they are awesome.  If you become interested in selling the tubes separately, I'd love to have them for $150, as I don't have spares.
If somebody is looking for a very nice preamp, even one that can be used in a home theater setup, this is a gem.

Thanks for the good word emvette.

I agree, the Peach punches WAY above its weight, and I had to go significantly higher to replace, but not necessarily fully better, this piece.

BTW, I am a poor photographer. The pix don't do justice to the cabinet, which is actually very nice looking in person.

Feel free to make an offer. I'd like this to go to someone that will really enjoy it from the AC community rather than to Agon.
