Rock solid, great sounding phono pre. Note that there is no external ground connection point (there is one integrated on the board, however) as I was using my MC step-up's ground (see other ad).
I can add a binding post for grounding if this is a deal breaker.The "primary" opamp has been replaced with a LM4562 - this is a big improvement over the stock OPA2134. The other two positions still house OPA2134s.
I've mounted sockets (actually IC socket pins) to allow for easy swapping of the loading resistors. Dale 47.5K metal film resistors come with the unit.
There is a 3/4" scratch on the top surface of the wood case. Some tung oil may help to hide this, though it's not very noticeable - especially since it can be positioned at the back of the unit.
Copies of both manuals (Bugle and power supply) are included.
