Subject: Five rooms to demo 6 models of Von Schweikert speakers.
Room 550: This will be the world premiere of the VR-44 Passive! ($22,000/pr). In addition, the UniField Two's ($7,995/pr) will be available to audition in a separate but connected sound room. All electronics for both systems will be provided by JoLida ($1,000 to $3,500 per unit) and the open reel tape deck will be provided by United Home Audio ($15,000).
Room 565: This room will have the VR-44 Aktive ($25,000/pr) presented by the team at YFS (aka Your Final System) along with their electronics and wonderful media server, the Ref 3 ($8k-12k depending on configuration).
Room 1014: The VR-5 Anniversary MkII’s ($30,000/pr) will be on display along with KR “Kronzilla” amplifier ($20,000) and Light Harmonic DAC, the Da Vinci ($20,000). This manufacturer pairing was a hit at the Singapore DAC show, so come by and hear what the buzz was all about!
Room 1022: The VR-35 Export Deluxe ($8,000/pr) will be on display along with Antelope Audio's DAC and KR “Kronzilla” amplifiers.
Room 2000: The “World Premier” of the VR-22’s ($2,895/pr Factory Direct) will be on display with JoLida electronics ($3,000) and the YFS Ref-3 Media Server ($12,000).
