Hi Paul,
How is the quality of the vinyl from POPMARKET?  I ordered the Leonard Cohen set, but haven't received yet.  Not much in terms of detail about products on the site.  Are they resellers or are they having the vinyl pressed?

I passed on this one. Not a big Alex Chilton fan although I have the original The Box Tops album. Never heard of Big Star until now.

Pop Market is a discount reseller. They do not press vinyl. I have bought lots of vinyl from them. I have not been disappointed. The last purchase was a 5 LP set of 60's music reissued by Sundazed. They have had a Black Keys vinyl bundle that were the orginal pressings.

Somehow popmarket.com is associated with SONY as best I can tell.
The Clash London Calling was garbage and once again I had to ask my daughter for my copy back!
The rest has been good, same as you can buy elsewhere.

If you snooze you lose because the Grateful Dead bundle is 120 dollars now, I didn't get it when it was 100 (and at the time there was a ten percent discount coupon code that is now defunct).

The Chilton thing may not be essential Laura, but you need to get the first two Big Star albums now. Guaranteed you will NOT be disappointed! I have the originals so I don't know about the reissues but they are available.

Ugh, it is an actual BAD week for me with PopMarket.

Got a message from them that for my Black Sabbath bundle my card was declined and order cancelled. But my credit card shows plenty of credit left and it shows that they ACTUALLY CHARGED ME the price of the bundle. Grrrrrr.
