This Dspre is four months old and has under 400 hrs use. The DSPre is the finest hifi component I’ve have ever owned. This Preamp/Dac is just stunning sounding and in some respects outperforms the DAC8. The DAC is accompanied with a totally transparent preamp making this a great audio value. The design is direct coupled yielding a humongous sound stage and a really authoritative bottom end. The only reason I’m selling the unit is simply because I no long require any preamp. I am really down scaling. I have purchased a simpler system that suits my now more casual listening style.
The preamp works perfectly and I can not find any cosmetic flaws or scratches. I always default towards the conservative side in describing condition (see my feed back).
