I might go to the Music Matters event in Raleigh.  The previous Music Matters have been fun. Less speaker oriented this year than last year, but they have some nice in house speakers to show off the featured electronics.

Oct 4 (tomorrow night) Richard Vandersteen will be demonstrating the Vandersteen 7 speaker in Raleigh. I am 90% sure I will go to that one. I have heard Vandy 5 at that store, poorly setup. Another time Quattro, hastily setup at last minute when Richard had to cancel. Hopefully this time they will have their shit together and pull out some nice electronic for him. I have heard that the 7 is one of the most musical speakers available now.
